Villa Parco is a structure inserted in a farmhouse of the 50s where in the past the servants of a count who lived in the villa of the '800 adjacent to it stayed. Located in a very pleasant rural setting, the property is just a few steps from the beach of Lacona.

We rent weekly a small two-room apartment suitable for couples who love the countryside, relaxation and tranquility but do not want to give up the proximity to the sea.

If you want to save on accommodation to enjoy some extra dinner, Villa Parco is the place for you.

COST

We rent only for long periods (annual or seasonal)

Cost € 650 per month plus water and electricity costs. (each apartment has an independent meter to calculate consumption).
